Peppermint & Lemon

Country Road Soapery’s Peppermint & Lemon bar is light, bright, fresh and citrusy!  This bar is made with olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter and castor oil and is naturally scented with peppermint and lemon essential oils. It is naturally colored with French green clay and ground turmeric. 

Coconut oil is believed to reduce inflammation, moisturize the skin and help heal wounds. Olive oil is believed to reduce puffiness, swelling and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Shea butter contains antioxidants like vitamins A and E, which can help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It can also help soothe acne and relieve itching.

Peppermint essential oil is believed to have anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-itch and anti-viral properties. 

Lemon essential oil is believed to gently cleanse the skin while supporting a balanced, less oily feel, making it especially beneficial for those with oily or blemish-prone skin. Its natural astringent qualities can help refine the appearance of pores, while its antibacterial properties contribute to a cleaner, fresher complexion. Lemon essential oil is also known for promoting a brighter, more radiant look, helping to improve the appearance of dull or uneven skin over time.

To make your soap last longer - in between uses, place your soap on a dish that drains, for example, our bamboo soap holders. These holders allow for drainage and ventilation, which helps dry your soap so it lasts longer.
