Throughout the Practical Magic series, one thing remains constant: magic runs through the Owens bloodline. Generation after generation, the women of the family inherit not only extraordinary gifts, but also the burden of an ancient curse. Their strength comes from the women who came before them, and their hope lies in those who will come after.

That enduring legacy inspired Bloodline.

Bloodline is made with extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil, and castor oil to create a rich, creamy lather. It is naturally colored with activated charcoal and madder root and scented exclusively with pure essential oils of patchouli, rose, and frankincense, creating a deep, earthy floral aroma that is both grounding and timeless. Each bar is topped with dried rose petals.

The Botanicals

Every ingredient was chosen not only for its beautiful aroma and appearance but also for the symbolic qualities long associated with it in folklore and traditional herbalism.

Activated Charcoal – Long associated with protection, purification, transformation, and absorbing negativity.

Madder Root – Traditionally associated with love, courage, vitality, protection, and strengthening family bonds.

Rose Petals – Long associated with love, compassion, beauty, and matters of the heart.

The Essential Oils

Patchouli – Traditionally associated with grounding, prosperity, protection, and spiritual balance.

Rose – Long connected with unconditional love, compassion, emotional healing, and harmony.

Frankincense – Traditionally associated with purification, wisdom, protection, and inner peace.

Each bar weighs approximately 4.5 oz.

Because every bar is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, size, and design are part of what makes each one unique.

Ingredients: Saponified oils of coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, shea butter, sweet almond oil, and castor oil; activated charcoal, madder root, dried rose petals, sodium hydroxide (used in saponification), and pure essential oils.

Care Instructions

To help your soap last as long as possible, allow it to dry between uses. A well-draining soap dish, such as a bamboo soap holder, provides ventilation and helps extend the life of your handcrafted bar.
